Return and Exchange
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
If you ordered the wrong size please read our exchange policy.
To initiate the return process, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it after evaluation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized products - special orders or personalized items including embroidered items - cannot be returned, unless it was a clear mistake on our behalf.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure your exchange is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
For size exchange you will be held responsible for the collection and delivery shipping fees before we exchange the size. We will organize the courier for collection.
If, by accident, we sent you a different size than ordered, we will be responsible for the shipping fees.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that is usually takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reveal the refund.
